Day 9 - My 14-Day Challenge

Welcome to Day 9 of our 14-Day Challenge, Basic Strikes.

Here’s Your Workout: 

Warm Up

Stance, movement, shoulder touches, knee touches, pivot motions, forearm blocks, movement games.  You have 3 two minute rounds with 1 minute rest in-between rounds.

 

Your Lesson

Now let’s incorporate low kicks, palm strikes and elbows, and Knee strikes. Work them slow, one at a time for a few minutes each, then start blending Strikes on the command “Engage”.

 

Your Drill

Finish this training segment with 2 three minute rounds working stance, movement, shoulder touches, knee touches, pivot motions, forearm blocks and strikes. Add in movement games and have fun.
